A small but perfectly formed fisherman's cottage in the centre of Cawsand, and only a two-minute walk to the beach, Howton Cottage sleeps up to five people in two double bedrooms.
The cottage has been recently completely renovated to a high standard and includes a bathroom with roll-top bath and separate walk in shower situated on the first floor and on the second floor a double bed with optional, full-sized single bed in the eaves of the cottage.
We also offer a travel cot and highchair for little ones at no extra charge.
Downstairs there is a comfortable-sized living room with plenty of seating and a separate dining area which all opens up into the fully fitted kitchen with all the conveniences of home - dishwasher, double oven, microwave, fridge and freezer as well as a washer dryer.
We happy to accept dogs at Howton Cottage providing they are well-behaved and happy to stay downstairs, where the floors are all hard. We do not make a separate charge for dogs but would point out that this is a small fisherman's cottage and to give humans space, two dogs is the maximum recommended. The fully tidal beach in Kingsand, just three minutes walk, allows dogs year-round and the southwest coastal path is on the doorstep.
